I was able to get her a new Dr. and an appt asap (as in this wednesday at 1:30). Johnny called Willis Knighton personally and they almost said they were not even going to come out until he stopped them and pleaded his case, her progress and they will be coming out one more time with new info providing her progress. Fingers crossed and prayers please!
She was playing Wii when i first got there and doing a little better than the last. Her face lit up when she saw me....followed by a "Hey Baby"! She and I had a great lunch (in which she ate ALL of her meal) and great conversation. We played cards and memory after that and she did great. Her evening with Johnny was equally great and her occupational therapist said she is doing FANTASTIC!
Sooooo proud of you Mom!!!!
